There is a lot of talk about treating teachers with respect and recognising them on par with other professionals. However, there are almost no opportunities for the best teachers to showcase what truly outstanding teaching actually looks like – and be given recognition for their professional skill. XSEED seeks to bridge this gap by providing a platform to find, nurture, and reward the best of our best teachers.

To do so, XSEED has launched the ‘XSEED SuperTeacher Search’ – a first-of-its-kind talent discovery program to find India’s best of the best teaching professionals. This 30-days competitive search will be open to over 75,000 XSEED teachers across the country and went live on July 10, 2019. Thousands of XSEED teachers will participate in XSEED SuperTeacher Search. They will go through four rounds of evaluation by a jury, leading to a grand finale on Aug 10, 2019, during the XSEED Education Conference in Chennai.
